WOJSKOWE ZAKŁADY UZBROJENIA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (WZU S.A.) request the visitor to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using its website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and before sharing personal information. If the User does not agree to collecting, using and disclosing his personal information as specified in this Policy, he is requested to refrain from using the WZU S.A. website.

This Privacy Policy defines the circumstances in which personal information may be collected from Users and explains and regulates issues related to collecting, processing and using of such data. The Policy applies to this and any other websites administered by or on behalf of Wojskowe Zakłądy Uzbrojenia S.A. in Grudziądz.

The administrator of collected personal information is WOJSKOWE ZAKŁADY UZBROJENIA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (WZU S.A.), ul. Parkowa 42, 86-300 Grudziądz, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) of VII Commercial Department of District Court in Toruń under KRS no. 0000309337, share capital PLN 45,000,000, all paid up. NIP 876-020-50-02, hereinafter referred to in this Privacy Policy as Data Administrator.

Personal information is processed for the purposes set out hereafter. Data Administrator does not disclose or transfer information to a third country/international organization. The information will be stored in the period required to achieve the objective. The person to whom the personal information refers has the right to access, correct, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and complain on this information to the supervisory authority. The information will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Providing personal information is voluntary but required to achieve the objective.

WZU S.A. declares to take every effort to ensure adequate security of provided information, and undertakes to take actions to prevent the involvement of third parties into personal information and into the privacy of data subjects.

Please be advised that the User may contact WZU S.A. directly (phone) or by visiting WZU S.A. websites in order to obtain company information, offer of services without the requirement to disclose his personal information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in particular circumstances the User's personal information may be required for performance of requested service or process. In such cases, the User will be informed about the requirement to disclose his personal information and on the use of the data, thus having the option of deciding whether or not his personal information should be disclosed.

The disclosure of personal information may be required if the User is interested in submission of order to WZU SA for performance of specific service (e.g. preparing an offer, providing information about a service or product) or if the User is interested in participating in the process or event (e.g. recruitment, participation in a conference). In such cases the User may be requested to fill in and send a questionnaire in which he will be clearly informed what kind of personal information will be collected. If the User discloses personal data of a third party (e.g. a colleague) in the questionnaire WZU S.A. deems the User has an appropriate authorization of the person whose personal information he disclosed.

The information provided by the User as described above is used by WZU S.A. exclusively for performance of service ordered by the User, conducting the process or organizing participation in the event.

WZU S.A. informs that this website uses cookies. The website does not automatically collect any information, other than information contained in cookie files. Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored in the website User's end device and are intended for use of the Website pages.
